About Us

We are the spouses of the 612th Air and Space Operations Center (AOC), located at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in the heart of Tucson, Arizona. While our "Raiders" work to accomplish the mission of the 612 AOC, "we" spouses, work duly to support them in our Nation's endeavors, while still finding time to carve out our own little "niche" as we travel to wherever the military takes us!

We are your neighbors and your "next best friends--at DM". We value our spouses, our families, our friends and our adopted community. We support each other in times of deployment, TDY, PCS and long hour work days!

There is no requirement to be a part of us, you already are!

History of the 612 AOC

Unveiled in May 2007, the 12th AF CAOC was officially named the General James H. Doolittle Center in honor of General James H. Doolittle, 12th Air Force's first commander and the Doolittle Raiders, for their heroic actions during World War II.

The CAOC serves as the air and space component to U.S. Southern Command. The command and control capabilities of the facility provides the Southern Command commander a tremendous capability. Staffed by a total force of Airmen, Soldiers, Sailors and Marines it is responsible for maintaining the air picture for the Southern Command, in Central and South America, as well as Caribbean operations.
